Rector Profile

Holy Trinity is a vibrant, growing Episcopal church with strong parishioner support. We seek a faithful rector who will care for us, deepen our faith, and equip us for ministry.

A parish-wide survey conducted in July 2022 listed 17 abilities or traits of a good rector and invited respondents to select the five that were most important to them.

Three abilities were selected as the most important by half or more of all respondents:

• Preaching (selected by nearly 80% of respondents)

• Theology/Teaching

• Crisis Ministry

Four additional traits or abilities were selected as the most important by at least 30% of all respondents:

• Administration/Finance

• Commitment to the American Episcopal Church

• Liturgy

• Spiritual Guidance
